What You’ll Explore Over 30 Days
Week 1 — The Baseline
Where is your nervous system right now? Before anything can shift, you need an honest picture of your starting point — the patterns, the conditioning, and the specific ways your brain has learned to
deprioritise pleasure without you fully noticing.
Week 2 — The Rewire
The neuroscience of joy: how habits form, how the brain responds to novelty and reward, and what it actually takes to build new patterns at a level that lasts. This week is the intellectual core of the
course.
Week 3 — The Practice
Embodied tools and daily rituals rooted in the science from Week 2 Not generic wellness techniques — specific practices designed for the rhythms of a full, demanding life.
Week 4 — The Integration
Who you are on the other side of this work. How to carry it forward into your relationships, your body, your decisions, and your daily experience of being alive.
